*record scratch* *freeze frame* You’re probably wondering how I got here.
My name is Herman Dhaliwal, and my love of film started early when I would go through shelves of VHS tapes at my parents’ store, and watch them in the back room. There, I was exposed to stories of all kinds, and it cemented a deep appreciation for the medium that has stayed with me to this very day. Whenever I’m not watching movies, or writing about them, I write stories of my own. I previously wrote reviews for now defunct A.V. Wire starting in 2014, I’m currently a member of the Online Film Critics Society, thrice rejected Rotten Tomatoes approval, and this site came to be in 2018. I really hope you enjoy. If I can get someone to watch something they normally wouldn’t see, or experience something in a different light, then I will consider this venture to be a success.
